With Two-Factor authentication you can add extra security to protect your account from unauthorized access.
To activate - log in to your Panorama9 account, go to Menu (hamburger icon top right corner) and select "My profile". Scroll down, click on "Enabled" under "Two-Factor authentication" follow the steps in the popup box and click on "Verify code and enable"
Regain access if authentication device is lost
Should you lose your phone you will no longer be able to login to the Panorama9 Dashboard or MSP Control Panel, however during the setup of 2FA in your Panorama9 account, you've got two options to ensure you can regain access.
Option 1) SMS Recovery:
Recovery mobile phone number that should receive a text message with 2FA recovery codes.
Option 2) Backup Codes:
Click on "Create new backup codes" to view recovery codes. Copy and save them somewhere safe, e.g., a password manager etc.
