It may take up to 10 minutes before the Panorama9 Dashboard has received sufficient data from the Agent.

If the device after 10 minutes isn't visible, then ensure:

  • the P9 service (Windows) or daemon (OS X/Linux) is running,
  • that traffic to trusted.panorama9.com on port 443 and port 80 is not being intercepted by a proxy service or blocked by a firewall.
