The P9 agent is installed, but I don’t see the machine in the dashboard?

It may take up to 10 minutes before the P9 dashboard has received sufficient data from the P9 agent.

If the device after 10 minutes isn't visible, then ensure:

  • the P9 service (Windows) or daemon (OS X/Linux) is running,
  • that traffic to on port 443 and port 80 is not being intercepted by a proxy service or blocked by a firewall.
