Complete guide on how to use the MSP control panel

If you're an MSP and manage multiple clients/networks, we've developed a special interface for you with extra features which allows you to easily manage and monitor multiple clients.

With the MSP Control Panel you're able to:

  1. Check status (issues and agent deployment etc.) of all your clients in one overview
  2. Add more clients
  3. Sign in to your clients' accounts and see all details with a single click


Create new clients

If you want to add more clients simply click "Create new client" in the menu to the left. Please make sure to use a unique email address for the first user (an email which haven't been used for other client accounts), since this is used as a unique identifier for the client account. Also, a welcome email will be send to this address with username and password which can be used to sign in directly to the client account. Most MSPs create email addresses for their client accounts like or

When a new client is created it will automatically appear in the MSP Control Panel and you can easily navigate to their full dashboard by clicking the client name.  


Download agents for your clients

Please note that a unique agent is built for each of your clients (by the way, the file names for the agents contain the client names which helps avoid confusion). This means that the machines you install the agents on will automatically show up in the right client accounts without the need for any configurations. You can download the agent for each of your clients in three different ways:

  1. Clicking the gear icon next to the client name in the MSP Control Panel will give you download links for the agent.

  2. Sign in to the client's dashboard and click "Downloads"
  3. The welcome email that was sent to the first user when creating the client contains download links to the agent.


Adjust settings (change client names, edit responsible users, apply templates, etc.)

In order to change the name for one of your clients, simply click the gear next to the client name and type in an alternative display name, which will now be displayed in the MSP Control Panel.



The MSP Control Panel allows you to create users for staff members who'll be able to sign in to the MSP Control Panel and be made "responsible" for clients (which will be displayed in the MSP dashboard). When creating a new user, you'll be able to choose from the following user-levels which determines what they can do and see in the MSP Control Panel:

  • Click on the hamburger icon 
  • Click on "My profile" to view and adjust settings for your profile.
  • Click on "Users" to create new users and adjust settings for them.
  • Click on "MSP control panel" to go back to your MSP control panel.
  • Click on "Twitter" to go to our Twitter account.
  • Click on "Support" to go to our support site.
  • Click on "About Panorama9" to go to our website.
  • Click on "Sign out" to sign out of your account.


Billing and plans
