  • Automatically create tickets in Desk when certain issues are discovered by Panorama9
  • Choose which team members the tickets should be assigned to
  • Choose if tickets should be closed automatically when the issues are resolved in P9
  • Rich information in tickets created by P9 (such as links to remote control, links to assets in P9 etc.)
