Zendesk Change Tickets
It would be great to be able to trigger off an API call to Zendesk from within a Device Page. For example if I am on the page for 'Server A', to have a button which presents a form asking for a description of the change and then logs that in Zendesk as a Change request.
It would have to rely on Change Requests being a ticket type in Zendesk. But that is configurable. We have Change as a ticket type in our Zendesk.
